    • This is currently a proposed document.  It was last updated on October 13th 2010.
    • A Mission Statement has been added to clearly state the Boards motives and directions.
    • AzMGA Rules & Policies is an important document and should be kept with other important documents such as the Code of Points.
    • All AZ Coaches need to know and abide by all AzMGA Rules & Policies.
    • A vote to induct the Rules & Policies will take place soon.

  • AZ State Championship Bids (Dave Bower)
    • All interested applicants must now submit a formal bid, State Championship bid document, to the State Chairman, by August 1st to be considered.  The document will be reviewed by Board members and then sent out to be voted on by the Association.
    • The Association vote will be a silent vote.

  • Communication within the State (Dave Bower)
    • Currently, a response to e-mails sent out is a cause for concern.
    • Dave Bower encourages all coaches to be more active in responding to the Board’s e-mails.
    • Responding to e-mails and Networking within the State will only help to make our State stronger.

  • Level 4 uniform Rules & Policies (Rob Survick)
    • Region 1 Board voted to require that level 4’s compete in shorts & t-shirt and would be enforced for the 2011-2012 competitive season.
    • The rule change would have to be approved by the National Board.  The National Board will be inquiring about the issue with individual clubs within the Region.
    • Rob Survick will write up Pro’s & Con’s to the issue so that coaches can make an educated decision on the matter.
    • Currently, the State has already voted in opposition to this proposed level 4 rule change and would like to keep the decision optional for each club to enforce.
